Storage of access data
Every time a user accesses our website, and every time a file is downloaded, data relating to these events are stored anonymously in a log file on our server. All personal references contained in this data are automatically deleted immediately thereafter.
Each data record comprises:
- the page from which the file was requested
- the name of the file
- the date and time of the request
- IP address of the computer from which the request was made
- the volume of data transferred
- the access status (file transferred, file not found, etc.)
- a description of the type of Web browser used
These data are stored anonymously and analyzed exclusively for statistical purposes. No data are passed on to third parties, either for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
Insofar as our website offers the opportunity to enter personal or business data (e-mail addresses, names, addresses), these data are at all times disclosed by the user on an explicitly voluntary basis and solely for the desired purpose. Data are processed strictly in accordance with the terms of the German Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz). Mandatorily required data are of course identified as such. Your personal data are stored exclusively for your business purposes. Your data are treated in confidence and will not be passed on to third parties. Nor are your data linked in any way with the access data referred to above.
On request, you will be provided at any time with details of the nature and extent of the data stored with a personal reference to yourself. In addition, in accordance with the law, you have the right to have personal data corrected, blocked or deleted.
Liability for links
Our website contains links to external third-party sites, the content of which is beyond our control. We accept no responsibility for this third-party content and do not associate ourselves therewith. Responsibility for the content of linked sites lies at all times with the providers or operators of these sites. Linked sites are checked at the times links are placed to determine any potential infringements of the law. No unlawful content was evident at the time the links were created. Liability for illegal, incorrect or incomplete content as well as for loss or damage suffered as a result of the use or non-use of such information lies solely with the providers of linked sites. We are responsible for third-party material only insofar as we were positively aware of potentially unlawful or criminal content and it is technically possible and reasonable to prevent the use thereof.
Content and works created by us on this site are subject to German copyright law. Any reproduction, adaptation or distribution and any form of use outside of the limits permitted by copyright law will require the written consent of the respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of this site are permitted for private use only; commercial use is not permitted. Insofar as content appearing on this site was not created by the operator, third-party copyright is duly respected. Third-party content is identified as such. Should you nevertheless become aware of a copyright infringement, please notify us accordingly. Infringements that are brought to our attention will result in the immediate removal of such content.

We would draw your attention to the fact that even in the present state of the art, the protection of your personal data cannot be comprehensively guaranteed when transferred via the Internet. Right to receive information
You have the right at all times to be informed of data stored with a personal reference to yourself, including the origin and recipients of these data and the purpose for which they are stored, and you have the right at any time to have these data deleted.
