HARTING honours long-serving employees

The HARTING Technology Group has honoured its long-serving employees this year. The management and family expressed their appreciation to the employees who have been with the Espelkamp-based company for 25, 35, 40 or 45 years.

The traditional anniversary celebration is an integral part of HARTING's corporate culture and provides an official setting to highlight the long-standing commitment of employees and honour their connection to the technology group.

The entrepreneurial family, the Executive Board and senior management celebrated together with the employees celebrating their anniversaries. Maresa Harting-Hertz, Deputy Chairwoman of the Executive Board, welcomed the guests with the words: "Over many years, you have all shaped our products, determined our processes and brought our culture to life. For this, we – our Executive Board and our family – would like to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts!"

On their respective days of honour, the employees were already honoured by their managers with a certificate and a bouquet of flowers. During the anniversary celebration, the jubilarians were once again personally honoured by the Executive Board and received a rose in HARTING yellow as a token of appreciation. All employees who have been with HARTING for 25 or 40 years also received a new silver or gold pin of honour. A visible sign of their long service.

The band Modern Walking accompanied the evening with a varied repertoire of different styles and decades. Songs by Elvis Presley, The Beatles, Amy Winehouse and Bruno appealed to different generations and tastes, rounding off the evening in style.
