Robotics

The move to robotics and smart manufacturing requires reliable power and data connections.

Robotics

Design flexible, sleek robotics

Elevating the performance, capabilities, and reliability of industrial robots and cobots requires an innovative approach to their design. HARTING's compact, modular cables enable the combination of multiple transmission types (power, signal, and data) into a single, space-saving interface for simplified cable management.

Meanwhile, IIoT-enabled connectors and communication interfaces allow robots to easily connect to industrial networks and communicate with other automated systems.

Worry-free connectivity

Rugged connectors and cables stand up to the demands of non-stop use and harsh environments.

Collaborative engineering support

Simple design and helpful digital tools empower teams to speed build time and boost up-time.

Design and application flexibility

Get more utility in less space with smaller, more multi-function components.

Metric circular connectors

Metric Circular

Circular connectors are standard on robots for low power, signal, and especially data. Threaded metric connector preferred for higher shock and vibration.

Mini PushPull ix Industrial

ix Industrial / Mini PushPull

Rectangular form factor for data and signal. Think the IP65 (mini PushPull) version is most ideal because of protection rating, though the standard IP20 version can be used (has a retention force of >80 N so its hard to pull out and secure, unlike RJ45s).
