A model of success with and for the future
Espelkamp, 26 June 2024: The HARTING Quality and Technology Centre (HQT) in Espelkamp has been a beacon of innovation and technical expertise for a decade. Today, this centrepiece of the HARTING Technology Group is celebrating its 10th anniversary.
"Our vision is that we want to shape the future with technologies for people. With the new HARTING Quality and Technology Centre, we have made good progress on our path." With these words, Senior Director Margrit Harting welcomed around 180 invited guests to the grand opening of the HQT exactly 10 years ago. With its state-of-the-art testing facilities and laboratories, it has been a centre of excellence for the development and quality assurance of innovative connection technology solutions for a decade.
The building continues to symbolise innovative strength and represents a forward-looking corporate culture. With its modern infrastructure and flexible interior design, the HQT emphasises the principles of "New Work". Particularly after the coronavirus pandemic, new areas of the company such as corporate communications and the development of new technologies were integrated into the building. This brings departments closer together and promotes dialogue and collaboration.
The open and transparent architecture of the HQT reflects HARTING's corporate philosophy. Flexible work areas, modern conference rooms and inviting lounge areas offer space for creative ideas and productive collaboration.
"This is a place of encounter and inspiration, where we pool expertise, promote exchange and thus create the basis for pioneering innovations," emphasises Dr Stephan Middelkamp, Head of Quality and Technologies.
