HARTING Apprentice Cup: Company trainees on the ball again in 2025!
The HARTING Apprentice Cup celebrated its premiere in 2016 - since then, it has established itself as a firm highlight in the regional event calendar. This year, hosts HARTING will be joined on the pitch by Kolbus, Hettich, Häcker, Volksbank PLUS, Sparkasse Minden-Lübbecke, Kesseböhmer, IMA Schelling Group, Wortmann, Polipol, Merkur Group and, for the first time, Nolte Küchen.
More than just football
The indoor matches will kick off on 17 January 2025 at 16:00 in the Espelkamp Rundturnhalle. In addition to the coveted trophy, there will also be a fair play award for exemplary behaviour and an award for the top scorer. Will last year's winners Wortmann be able to defend their title? How will the debut team from Nolte Küchen fare? Can the Merkur Group players celebrate a comeback and build on their successes of 2022 and 2023? After all, they only just missed out on the hat-trick in 2024.
Detlef Sieverdingbeck, organiser and HARTING Head of Corporate Communication and Branding, is looking forward to the tournament with excitement: ‘We're expecting full stands and enthusiastic fans - with a showdown in the final game one day later. That's because the clash between the finalists will be celebrated in the district sports hall Lübbecke just in time for the FreeWay Cup on Saturday.’
