HARTING bids farewell to retiring employees
The HARTING Technology Group has bid farewell to 20 retiring employees. The company held a celebration to honour the long-standing loyalty and dedication of these colleagues.
Together with family members, the Executive Board and the management, the "new retirees" looked back on their professional lives at the Technology Group. In an appreciative atmosphere, the participants talked about milestones, personal projects and plans for the future. "Over many years, you have all contributed to the success of the HARTING Technology Group with your commitment, knowledge and dedication. And in doing so, you have significantly shaped our corporate culture with your courage, openness and loyalty," emphasised Maresa Harting-Hertz, Deputy Chairwoman of the Board of the Technology Group, adding: "However, your retirement is by no means the end of your journey at HARTING. You will remain an important part of our community in the future. We hope that you will make active use of our offers especially for you!"
Maintaining ties with emeritus employees is a matter close to the Technology Group's heart. That is why HARTING organises annual excursions, company tours and coffee mornings for retirees. This year, former employees visited the biomethane gas plant owned by senior partner Dietmar Harting, among other things.
