We offer students in the USA a toolbox and a handbook suitable for their profession with our "Internal Development Programme". In practical projects alongside professional mentors, our interns are able to develop skills that are important during the start of their careers. This helps to answer very basic questions such as "Is this profession the right one for me?" "We are repeatedly thrilled by the passion with which these students dedicate themselves to their projects. Welcome to HARTING

Approximately 100 employees work at our factory in Switzerland. Since 2018, we have been providing people from difficult life situations the opportunity to integrate into the primary labour market. These include refugees, people who have long-term unemployment or sicknesses, and people with disabilities. The first step is an internship, sometimes followed by a temporary or permanent position.

We not only support special work and training programmes, we also promote individual career paths: with positions for working students, the opportunity to complete a Master's degree while working, and projects that are just waiting to be implemented. Safe connections for a secure future

Nothing is more important than health. Safe workplaces that comply with current standards, a healthy working environment and the necessary safety equipment are all "must haves" for us. Our manufacturing workplaces and our office spaces are all equipped according to the most modern and ergonomic standards.

Exercise keeps us fit and healthy. Our extensive sports programme and various health campaigns help to keep us fit. We offer professional support in emergencies, so that not only your body but also your soul stays healthy. With us, no one is left alone, and as everyone knows, it's more fun together.
