Meet Lindsey – Customer Service Manager
Lindsey joined HARTING as a Customer Service Executive in 2012. Throughout her time here, she has progressed to her current position as Customer Service Manager, thanks to her dedication to providing the best service for our customers. She’s fun, fair and has a brilliant laugh that cheers up any Monday morning!
Meet Tara – Senior Internal Sales Executive
Tara is the longest serving member of the Customer Service and Internal Sales team and has been with HARTING since 2006. Tara is Lindsey’s right hand woman but also works closely with Rachel on key accounts. Having been with HARTING for so long, Tara is a fountain of knowledge and always has the right answer, especially when it comes to questions concerning backplanes and cable assembly projects.
Meet Jess – Internal Sales Executive
Jess joined HARTING in January 2015 after completing her degree in Media Arts at the University of Plymouth. Jess has previously worked in the recruitment industry and is great with helping customers with their requirements. She also has fantastic knowledge of HARTING products and is a key member within the team. When not travelling the world and going to various festivals, you will find Jess watching cat videos on YouTube!
Meet Rachel – Internal Sales Executive
Rachel has extensive knowledge of HARTING’s customers and products. Rachel has been with HARTING since September 2015 and works with Tara on bespoke applications and cable assembly projects. She brought with her a creative flair having previously completed a Foundation Art Degree, in her spare time Rachel likes to draw landscapes and experiment with mixed media.
Meet Kate – Internal Sales Executive
Kate is the Internal Sales Executive for Electronic Distribution, ensuring that HARTING’s wide network of Electronic Distributors maintain stock levels. She also works with Lindsey managing HARTING’s Rail Industry accounts. Kate enjoys working within the close-knit Customer Service Team and maintaining a close relationship with the external sales managers. Kate loves to be kept busy at work but always has time for anyone if they need help. She’s the calmest fiery red head you could ever meet!
Meet Emma – Customer Service Executive
Emma is the newest member of the HARTING team having started in June 2017; Emma looks after all of the customer service responsibilities for HARTING’s distributors such as raising quotations, offering advice and support. She comes from a customer service background in the automotive industry and is passionate about delivering fantastic customer care.
