HARTING at InnoTrans 2018
Easy Handling
Under confined space conditions simple installation processes are crucial. HARTING solutions support and simplify the daily work of assembly technicians, thanks to their ease of use.
Interior fitting work in locomotives and train cars is not always easy given the tight space conditions. Cable ducts and wall ducts are often just as difficult to reach as the interior of control cabinets. If connectors for data technology then have to be assembled with tools, as is usually the case with M12, the connection can be time-consuming. PushPull can help here.
75% faster for a secure connection
HARTING's PushPull locking technology is already being used successfully in the field of transportation. The tool-free installation signals the correct connection with an audible click and saves up to 75% of assembly time. Assembly and maintenance technicians can also enjoy the advantages of PushPull connectors when dealing with circular connectors.

Easy handling for Jumper Cable
With the Han® 24 HPR EasyCon short HARTING offers a jumper cable connector with more wiring space. The hood is divided into two parts, ensuring a user-friendly assembly process as well as a simple inspection of the cable and screen connections on the “open system”.
The customer benefits from more wiring space compared to the standard Han® HPR hood, making the connector an ideal solution for short wagon coupling. It allows the use of monobloc or Han-Modular® contact inserts in hoods/housings. Shield connection and strain relief are possible within the hood/housing.
