We are just a phone call or ticket request away when you need our support. Our user-friendly ticket system enables you to create detailed requests.

After purchasing a machine from us, you receive comprehensive instructions on how to use our ticket system. Use the web app to create a ticket by selecting your machine and entering the required information. You have the option of entering a short description, an error code, a category and whether you are experiencing machine downtime. Choose the relevant contact person and fill in the text field with more detailed reports. Save this and the ticket is entered into the system.

The Machine File  section has a wealth of information and services on machines that you can choose from. This includes detailed descriptions that help you to use and maintain your machine optimally. We also provide insights into your machine's history, maintenance logs and the relevant documentation.
In the Documents section, you can access a wide range of technical documentation, operating instructions and other important documents for your machine. We make absolutely certain that you always have the information necessary to operate your machine efficiently and solve any problems that may arise.
The machine file also gives you access to active and closed tickets, so that you always have a clear overview of the requests you have made. This enables you to track the progress of your requests and ensure that all outstanding issues are dealt with properly.
Under Connection Information , you can check the current status of your machine and find out if a technician is online to help with problems or to carry out maintenance work. This real-time information enables you to keep an eye on the status of your machine and react quickly when support is needed.
In the Spare Parts section, you can choose the parts you need from a comprehensive parts list and add them to your shopping cart. You can submit a ticket and receive a quote for the required spare parts, which you can then easily order. We guarantee that you always have access to the right parts to keep your machine up and running.
The TKI  section with brief technical information and a knowledge database will also be available soon. In this section, you can quickly and easily record problems and solutions that you can find again at any time using a full-text search.
